My sessions are tailor-made to tackle and resolve issues in your organization. The first step is for the client and myself to meet and discuss the best approach. I generally find that it’s most effective to work with groups of 5 to 10 people in series of 3 to 5 half-day sessions over a period of 1 to 2 months.
Many of the techniques I use are rooted in Design Thinking, a method that has had a huge impact in recent decades. These ideas have shaped our contemporary lives, in the digital realm and elsewhere. My approach involves more imagery than most Design Thinkers use. Images can activate other areas of our brain and directly address our feelings. Participants in my sessions loosen up and become more mentally flexible. The ideas start flowing and they gain a clearer view of what connects them as a group.
